About ShareDynamics

Since 2005, ShareDynamics has provided consulting and training on strategic program management and project methodologies to state / federal government agencies and corporations. We help executives and teams to manage, measure and improve processes, projects and programs. Advisors deliver customized training workshops and coaching and have worked with Oracle, Shutterfly, U.S. Air Force, U.S Marine Corps, the U.S. Coast Guard R&D Center and the State of Vermont.

Gail Raynus

President/Principal Consultant


Gail Raynus brings over two decades of information technology and service delivery experience to ShareDynamics. She directs the company’s strategy and training programs, creating and delivering workshops. She has held the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential since 2009 and understands the needs of project management executives.

Prior to co-founding ShareDynamics, she served as VP/ Professional Services at VistaPortal Software, Inc., where she defined strategy and led successful implementation of software projects that included state-of the art peer-to-peer networks, J2EE, Java, JXTA, and XML. She also directed vendor selection and implementation of company-wide Enterprise Requirements Planning System (SAP R/3).

Ms. Raynus spent 13 years at Hewlett-Packard Corp. Medical Systems Division, where she led multiple programs in order fulfillment, quality management, business process re-engineering and process automation. She received an HP President' s award recognizing "extraordinary commitment to customer satisfaction."

She is a founder and past president of the Boston Chapter of the Association of Business Process Management Professionals (ABPMP) and an active member of several professional organizations such as the Project Management Institute (PMI), Knowledge Management Forum and International Institute of Business Analysts.

Since 2012, she has been an adjunct faculty member at Northeastern University’s Graduate School of Engineering teaching courses in business analysis and information engineering.

Joe Raynus

Joseph Raynus, an international speaker, author, trainer, and consultant, is a leading practitioner who brings a unique blend of practical hands-on experience with innovative ideas and solutions to deal with the real-world challenges of complex environments.

He is a recognized expert in business process management, strategic program and project planning and management as well as quantitative performance management. He facilitated large-scale organizational change, designed and led comprehensive training programs, personally managed multi-million dollar technology projects, and been trainer and mentor to different levels of management.

Joseph teaches graduate engineering and the MBA courses at the Northeastern University and Bentley University such as Planning and Management of Information Systems, Business Process Engineering and Management and Strategic IT alignment. He is a founder of ShareDynamics, Inc., specializing in training and consulting in the subject of Strategic Planning, Performance Management, and Business Process Improvement. Mr. Raynus works with leading companies as well as Federal and State government in training and consulting engagements.

Joseph’s latest book “Improving Business Process Performance: Gain Agility, Create Value and Achieve Success” was recognized by the KPI Institute, the global authority on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) research and education as one of top ten books in Business Performance Management and Operational Performance Management categories in 2013.

The book presents an approach to a workable process to help an organization maintain clarity of purpose, bridge the gap between the strategic and tactical views, and apply structure to how it monitors its progress.

His first book "Software Process Improvement with CMM" is also available in Chinese and Japanese.
