Gail Raynus - President/Principle Consultant

Ms. Raynus has over 20 years of experience in information technology, new product development and systems implementations and is  responsible for overall company management, business strategy, goals and key decision making.    

Prior to joining ShareDynamics, Ms.Raynus served as VP of Professional Services at VistaPortal Software, Inc., where she had a wide range of responsibilities, including strategy definition and successful implementation of software projects that included state-of the art peer-to-peer networks, J2EE, Java, JXTA, and XML for such customers as Sun Microsystems, US Coast Guard R&D Center and AFRL.

Before that, Ms. Raynus directed successful implementation of company wide Enterprise Requirements Planning System  and lead a cross-functional team through vendor selection and all phases of multi divisional implementation of an SAP/R3  system with emphasis on implementation efficiency and cost effectiveness. 

Ms. Raynus also spent 13 years at Hewlett-Packard Corporation Medical Systems Division, where she oversaw design, development, implementation, customization and installation of a number of MIS applications and tools and participated in a number of Business Process Re-engineering and Process Automation initiatives. Ms. Raynus has been recognized for her successes at Hewlett-Packard and received an HP President' s award recognizing her "extraordinary commitment to customer satisfaction". 

Ms. Raynus is a member of a number of professional organizations including PMI Mass Bay Chapter,  BPM Institute, and the Association of Business Process Management Professionals (ABPMP).

Joseph Raynus has 25 years of experience providing vision and strategic direction in the areas of Corporate Quality, Information Technology, and Software Lifecycle Management.  He personally led multi-national teams in developing innovative solutions to control and manage programs, quality, and customer satisfaction.  For one of his major clients, Mr. Raynus introduced innovative quality concept and methodology to anticipate executive customer escalations and successfully predict business events using data mining technology which reduced associated business costs by $25M per year.

During his work with Department of Defense, Joseph Raynus participated as a non-Government advisor to the Source Selection Evaluation Board (SSEB) for a major USAF System acquisition.

As a certified SEI CMM assessor, Joseph Raynus conducted CMM based assessments, training and implementation of processes across the phases of a project life cycle and authored a book on software process improvement, quantification methodology, and metrics, which is sold by all major book sellers throughout the world and was also translated into Japanese and Chinese languages.

Currently, Mr. Raynus is working on his new book "Quantitative Business Performance Management Challenge, Change, and Dashboard" dedicated to the issues of Quantification, Project Management, Strategy and Organizational Alignment.  Taylor & Francis Publishing, due out in March  of  2009.

Mr. Raynus is an Adjunct Professor at the Northeastern University Graduate School of Engineering.
